  • Free Fly Apparel is looking for a mid-level  Manager of IT and Systems to oversee and direct process / system / procedures within Free Fly’s IT, systems and operations.
  • The candidate is an experienced Information Technology systems analyst that owns enterprise IT system infrastructure.
  • This role is responsible for planning, implementing, installing, configuring, supporting, developing, and maintaining enterprise information systems.
  • The position requires the ability to manage and assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, peripherals, connectivity, and policy issues.
  • It also includes research, testing, documentation, and evaluation of new products.
  • This individual will build and maintain relationships and services with both internal, external and vendor partners to ensure processes are in place to ensure effective infrastructure service delivery.
  • Job Tasks and Responsibilities Point person for all Technology and System related questions, issues, and points of growth within Free Fly Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect sensitive data Support, troubleshoot and maintain computer systems, network devices and storage devices by monitoring systems performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair Oversee CMIT (3rd party) on all Install and configuration servers, network devices, firewalls, and storage devices Administer and support core systems including NetSuite, PowerBI, Slack, Gmail, Celigo, Teams, Zoom, Notion, Centric, Glew, Redshift (other systems as they onboard) Manage a decentralized approach to reporting systems (specifically PowerBI), acting as the point person for all inquiries, and coordination between 3rd parties Manage the IT / Systems budget and ensure responsible resource allocation across the company Maintain data integrity within the company, managing relationship and activities with 3rd party data warehouse groups (Redshift, Glew) Maintain system inventory and asset configuration documentation Provide training and documentation on existing and new technologies Take responsibility for system projects and solutions as required by strategic initiatives Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administrative tasks Responsible for coordinating “help desk” calls for malfunctioning equipment quickly and meeting other needs as required by departments- working with 3rd party (CMIT) groups to solve Manage relationship with all technology and systems infrastructure teams (CMIT, Redshift, Glew, NetSuite, Centric, DSCO / Rithum + new providers) Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equitable experience in operations, eCommerce technologies and administration, development, information technology, or related field At least 5 years of relevant experience, including experience managing IT processes Experience managing / implementing cybersecurity measures Experience managing a middleware platform Hands-on experience managing ERP (NetSuite, Shopify, data warehouse, reporting systems, and revenue-driving data practices, as well as other business communication, system administration, and productivity tools) Experience in system integration, customization, and configuration as well as hands-on experience and knowledge working with applicable code bases and languages Experience in managing technical efforts within system implementation and migration project Experience managing 3rd party IT teams Required Competencies Strong understanding of web-based business technologies and supporting processes, workflows, and data management principles Knowledge of API-based systems and experience developing and maintaining integrations Experience managing data warehouses and 3rd party groups Experience with scripting, html, Json Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Free Fly is an equal opportunity employer.
