We’re growing fast, backed by strong revenue and trusted by enterprises like Colruyt, Becton Dickinson, Securex and Acerta. To help us drive targeted pipeline growth, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Lead with 2–5 years of experience to turn our value into high-converting campaigns.

You love building growth machines. Clean data, efficient processes, and sharp attribution make you tick. You get excited when campaigns actually work — because you set up the engine that makes them measurable, repeatable, and scalable.

What will you be doing?

• Manage our marketing automation workflows, tracking and routing leads through the funnel
• Own the campaign performance reporting, dashboards and attribution logic
• Ensure a smooth organisation of our events, including our Customer Club and bi-yearly Contekst event
• Collaborate with Sales on lead scoring, enrichment, and CRM hygiene
• Improve our website conversion flows and landing page performance (CRO)
• Support campaign execution with list building, segmentation and audience targeting
• Structure, tag and organize content to make it discoverable in Generative AI tools (GEO) like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity
