Now, we’re looking for an Manufacturing Engineer to round out our current Engineering Team!

What you’ll do :

  • Provide technical support for issues that affect the following : shop floor layout, production, production tooling & equipment
  • Write work instructions & create documentation for standard shop floor processes
  • Work closely with maintenance department to improve their knowledge in the areas of machine maintenance, problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Lead process and systems improvements
  • Simplify and standardize manufacturing processes
  • Resolve problems in the design of new jobs
  • Carry out responsibilities while following the organizations policies and all applicable laws
  • Continually seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in department initiatives.

What You Bring :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university is required
  • CAD and 3D modeling proficiency strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with ERP systems preferred
  • 3 or more years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role – metalworking environment is beneficial
  • 1-2 years of experience with welding and welding specifications preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to use hand tools
  • Experience with project management software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
