Now, we’re looking for an Manufacturing Engineer to round out our current Engineering Team!

What you’ll do :

Provide technical support for issues that affect the following : shop floor layout, production, production tooling & equipment
Write work instructions & create documentation for standard shop floor processes
Work closely with maintenance department to improve their knowledge in the areas of machine maintenance, problem-solving and continuous improvement
Lead process and systems improvements
Simplify and standardize manufacturing processes
Resolve problems in the design of new jobs
Carry out responsibilities while following the organizations policies and all applicable laws
Continually seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in department initiatives.

What You Bring :

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university is required

CAD and 3D modeling proficiency strongly preferred

Proficiency with ERP systems preferred

3 or more years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role – metalworking environment is beneficial

1-2 years of experience with welding and welding specifications preferred

Mechanical aptitude with ability to use hand tools

Experience with project management software

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
