Overview

Insight Global is looking for a Tier I / II Desktop Support Team to act as the first line of defense for all IT tickets and engaging in high customer service activity for a financial / insurance client.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with offshore contractors
  • 10 Tickets per day (phone, thru system, walk up)
  • Install / Uninstall software
  • Basic security (phishing, report suspicious activity) protect hardware
  • Troubleshoot AV in conference rooms
