Full-Time Honda Finance & Insurance Manager Jerry Seiner Dealerships - San Juan Capistrano, CA

Join our team at Jerry Seiner Honda San Juan Capistrano as a Full-Time Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager, where your financial expertise and customer service skills will directly impact our success. In this onsite role, you'll guide clients through financing options, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and engaging experience every time.

Compensation : $90,000 - $175,000 annually (based on experience and performance)

What You'll Do :

  • Manage contract deals and sell financial products that meet customer needs
  • Build strong relationships that enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Train and support the sales team on financing options and best practices
  • Follow up with customers to ensure a positive and complete ownership experience
  • Uphold compliance standards while maintaining a customer-first approach

    • What We're Looking For :

  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive finance management (F&I Manager or similar)
  • Proven ability to meet F&I targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, stability in prior roles, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with dealership software and finance compliance procedures
