Service Desk Engineer

Location : Columbus, Ohio / South Jordan, Utah

Experience : 5+ years

Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Desk Engineer to join our Assistive Technology and End User Computing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EUC, Microsoft Windows Technologies, Active Directory, and third-party software and hardware.

• The candidate should have excellent communication skills.
• The candidate should be willing to learn new technologies and software, and possess prime soft skills including attentive listening, patience and effective documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Assistive Software such as Microsoft Accessibility Tools like Narrator and Magnifier, ZoomText & ReadWrite TM is a plus.
