Overview
Description of the role : Smithtown Nissan ans Infiniti of Smithtown is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Receptionist to join our team in Saint James, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced automotive service department.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Schedule service appointments and manage service advisor's calendars
- Enter customer information accurately into the database
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area
