Software Engineer

The PlanIT Group is looking for a strong Embedded C++ Engineer for a 1 year contract in onsite in Ft. Worth, TX. The specs are below :

Basic Qualifications :

Experience with programming languages such as C, C++

Real Time Operating System (RTOS) experience – (Windows & Linux)

Standard teaming : Ability to work with multi-disciplined teams

Experience with full software life cycle development including SW design, architecture and integration & test

Active Secret Clearance

Desired Skills :

Knowledge of Agile Software Development

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Model Base Systems Engineering (MBSE)

Previous experience designing to software requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS :

10+ years of hands-on C++ development.

5+ years of Visual Studio experience.

5+ years of Linux experience.

5+ years of Link-16 experience.

Algorithm development and background is a plus.
