NOTE : Fresher's with good capstone or less than 1 year experienced with 3 year degrees (Associates or Bachelors)
Service Tier JD Skills Expectation
Level 1 / 1.5
- Initial support level and first interface for end user & system generated application issues
- Work as a part of Application Command Center that includes monitoring and system health checks
- Work as a part of the L1.5 group drives SOP / Script based resolution and fulfillment
- Good Communication Skills
- Foundation in IT Service Management (Handling Incidents, Troubleshooting, working through ticketing tools, experience in systems management / monitoring tools will be useful)
- Computer Science Education with good foundation in technical skills and basics on Java / .NET / C++ / C# / SQL / Oracle
- Associates / 3 year degrees in Computer Programming, Computer Science etc.,
Level 2
Work as a part of L2 team that focuses on Unknown resolution and Adhoc fulfillment through configuration changesPerform Application Root Cause Analysis and continual pursuit to reduce incidents / disruptions of servicesContinual effort to pass incidents to L1 / L1.5 through creation of Knowledge Artifacts / scriptsPerform minor bug fixes and ensure application stabilityGood Communication SkillsSpecialize in one core technology (C++ / C, Java, .Net, SQL, Oracle etc.,)Ability to work with multiple stakeholdersAdept in SDLC basicsFoundation in IT Service Management, IT processes, ticketing tool etc.,Any Certifications will be usefulAssociates / 3 year degrees in Computer Programming, Computer Science etc.,All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
