Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview :

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to join our healthcare team. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This position offers the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, family planning clinics, laboratories, and primary care facilities.

Duties :

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient vital signs and document changes in condition
• Provide patient education on various health topics, including family planning and primary care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Assist with case management and ensure continuity of care for patients
• Perform specialized procedures such as gastric lavage, IV insertion, and IV infusion
• Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret laboratory results
• Assist with mammography screenings and provide support to patients
