Office Specialist Ii
Performs clerical work of moderate difficulty and variety. Performs reception duties and data entry. Operates standard office equipment with much of the work be completed on a computer. Answer inquiries from the public and resolve issues.
Graduation from high school or possession of the equivalent GED certificate. One year of experience in office or related clerical work involving the use of the computer supplemented by courses in typical office skills and demonstration of said skills; or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training. Bilingual in Spanish required which includes a 5% pay differential.
