Ready to Make Feel Good Drinks Go Viral? Three Spirit is looking for someone to help us take over your FYP with plant-powered content that makes people excited to try our drinks and discover a new path to feeling good besides just avoiding alcohol. If you're the type of person who gets genuinely excited about delicious drinks, elevating occasions, functional mushrooms and knows exactly which trending sound will make our Nightcap elixir go viral, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re the plant-based spirits brand creating the "Third Way" between bland mocktails and regrettable mornings. Our drinks actually do something – beyond the award winning flavors, they’re packed with benefits. Livener energizes without the crash, Social helps you connect without the cringe, and Nightcap winds you down and makes evenings a whole lot more zen. Think of us as the cool science experiment that tastes good and makes everything a little bit better. We’re a little weird, a little wonderful and passionate about pushing boundaries and supporting the change of the status quo that's happening.

About You

• 2-4 years managing brand social accounts across major platforms or cultivating your own social media platform, including professional partnerships and UGC.
• Based in the US
• Collaborative but good at just getting on with things - we’re a lean team who trust each other to deliver
• Lives on the internet and understands culture at a macro level
• Strong writer who can have fun with ingredients, plants and alchemy as a content platform, and make cocktail content stand out not just look pretty
• Can articulate WHY your creative decisions work (data + instinct) - but supported by a team who trust the process and the illogical social media approach
• Genuinely gets excited about where great content can take a brand
• Experience reporting on social metrics and actually using them to improve
• Can make "Feel it" content that drives sales – you understand how to create content around rituals, pleasure, and enhanced feelings that converts as well as gets eyeballs
• Premium brand experience – you know how to position elevated botanicals and bar-quality taste to justify higher price points
• Understands "taking something in" vs "giving something up" messaging – you can flip limitation narratives into enhancement stories
• Manages their time well, from jumping on last minute trends to planning shooting, editing and scheduling in time for a new retail store promotion or around the holiday period
