A company is looking for a Manager - AI and Automation - Global Digital HR.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead global AI / automation initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring end-to-end delivery
Identify high-value use cases across the HR lifecycle for AI and automation implementation
Partner with HR COEs, IT, and vendors to define requirements and ensure successful implementations
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in HR technology, AI / automation, or digital transformation roles
Proven track record leading AI / automation projects within HR or adjacent domains
Strong understanding of HR platforms, particularly Workday and ServiceNow
Familiarity with leading AI platforms / tools such as Microsoft Copilot and UiPath
