Job Title : Warehouse Clerk - Medical Devices (Part-Time)

Pay Rate : $19 – $22 / hr (W2)

Location : Bolingbrook, IL (Onsite)

Schedule : Part-Time, 20+ hours per week (Flexible 4-day schedule, 5 hours / day, M–F; finalized at hire)

Hire Type : Contract - up to 18 months in duration

Summary of Position

The Wipe Down – Warehouse Clerk will support warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with GxP, transportation, and import / export regulations. Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting medical devices to reduce bio-burden, managing inbound receiving, preparing outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting general warehouse activities.

Primary Function

  • The primary responsibility is clean and disinfecting medical devices in compliance with regulatory standards.

    • Secondary Functions

  • Prepare outbound shipments for domestic and international internal / external customers, including boxing, palletizing, wrapping, strapping, and labeling.
  • Move and store inventory properly, maintaining segregation of non-conforming items and reducing congestion.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
  • Ensure training requirements and certifications are completed and up to date.
  • Assist with projects and additional tasks assigned by management.

    • Qualifications

    Education : High School Diploma. Active college students welcome to apply.

    Preferred Experience / Skills :

  • Experience cleaning or santizing devices, equipment, or surfaces
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach

    • Working Conditions

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, and repetitive motion for extended periods

    Physical demands may be significantly less and will be confirmed before or during the interview process.
