Healthcare Operations Subject Matter Expert

A company is looking for a Functional Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a functional liaison between mission users and technical teams

Support military medical workflows and operational logistics

Participate in Agile / SAFe methodologies, including backlog refinement and user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred)

7+ years of experience in military healthcare operations, blood management, or medical logistics

Strong understanding of military medical workflows and theater-level support requirements

Knowledge of DoD health IT systems and data exchange requirements

Ability to obtain secret security clearance required; TS / SCI preferred
