Overview

Sr. Technical Program Manager, Fashion & Fitness Subsidiary Tech at Shopbop. F2-Subs Purchase & Post owns strategic programs from purchase experience (cart / checkout) through to end customer fulfillment and returns for subsidiaries Shopbop and Zappos. We seek a Sr TPM to work with Zappos and Shopbop senior leadership teams, driving solutions to our most ambiguous problems — creating a vision and leading through influence to achieve our goals. You will oversee critical projects shaping how end customers perceive and interact with our brands across digital and physical systems. You will partner daily with tech and business department leaders to build trust and alignment and leverage your technical expertise to make sure the right technology is delivered in the right way.
