Senior Construction Estimator

Position Overview

Commercial Construction Group is a fast-growing construction firm known for delivering high-quality commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across state lines. With a commitment to excellence, safety, and client satisfaction, we are looking for a seasoned Construction Project Estimator to join our team and lead multi-million-dollar projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with estimators, engineers, and clients.
• Lead project planning and closeout across multiple job sites, while providing assistance when necessary for execution.
• Travel to project locations to provide ongoing leadership and support.
• Prepare and review accurate cost estimates during pre-construction and bidding phases.
• Assist the project management team with managing schedules, subcontractors, permits, safety compliance, and inspections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget targets.
