Enrollment Advisor

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor to manage admissions responsibilities for a graduate healthcare program.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on the degree program and engage with prospective students through various channels

Determine candidate eligibility and manage the conversion of submitted applicants to matriculation

Maintain accurate records, report data, and provide feedback to management and university partners

Required Qualifications

College degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience

3+ years of experience in a service-oriented environment or university setting

Experience with Salesforce and full Microsoft Office Suite

3+ years working in inside or outside phone sales or similar admissions / enrollment positions

Ability to work independently and establish effective relationships with diverse populations
