Position Overview :

The Guest Service Agent- Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk during the night shift. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, and handling any guest complaints. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities :

Guest Services :

Oversee efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.

Respond to incoming calls and address guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Support the coordination and delivery of VIP guest experiences.

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Night Audit :

Execute nightly audit procedures to reconcile the day’s financial transactions.

Review and verify the accuracy of guest folios and daily revenue reports.

Generate and distribute financial and operational reports for management review.

Manage and verify property-wide cash banks and daily deposit balances.

Perform additional duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ year of customer service experience.

Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with all departments during evening hours.

Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office).

Preferred Skills :

Previous experience in the hospitality industry.

Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).

Cash and credit card handling experience.
