Vice President Of Engineering

The Vice President Of Engineering is responsible for leading, delegating, and supporting the development of practices, procedures, and systems to support a continuously improving and profitable engineering organization.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee design, modification, and improvement of company engineering projects and services; directs the design of testing and maintenance processes, and ensure quality control.
• Delegates and empowers engineering directors and project managers in formulating effective business plans, financial analytics, and client communications.
• Establishes budget controls, coordinates project and process changes to maintain and improve cost / benefit ratio.
• Reviews engineering designs in light of the organizations strategic goals, performance objectives.
• Coordinates the development of efficient organizational structure, including the development of knowledge, skills and abilities; and establishes a succession plan to facilitate a steady and efficient organizational growth and efficiency.
• Administrative Duties.

USD $178,000.00 - USD $250,000.00 / Yr.
