Unit Specifics :

• Number of Beds : 9 L&D, 3 swing rooms, 2 ORs & 3 bed OBED
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit Secretary and scrub tech, dedicated CRNA & midwife in-house 24 / 7, OBGYN on call
• Type of equipment :
• CPN and Meditech
• 4 weekend shifts / month
• Floating policy : can float to m / b or outside department to task
• Drive to provide highest quality of care to our laboring patients. Spinning babies helpful, STABLE also helpful

Procedures performed on unit :   circulating in OR, IUPC, FSE, MgSO4, pp hemorrhage- JADA system, nitrous oxide
