Our client, the Wisconsin Division of Public Health, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst II – Data Quality Specialist to join their team. As a QA Analyst II, you will be part of the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) Unit, supporting the Data Quality Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Remote (WI residents only or willing to relocate at own expense)
What’s the Job?
Lead and manage data quality initiatives for the WIR Unit, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the system’s Septa matrix.
Develop, maintain, and provide regular and ad hoc data quality reports and recommendations.
Support internal teams and external providers in identifying and resolving data quality issues, including SQL query assistance.
Manage and optimize WIR data quality tools, recommending enhancements as needed.
Plan and implement operational improvements and risk mitigation strategies to enhance overall data quality.
What’s Needed?
4–7 years of experience resolving data quality issues with health data.
4–7 years of experience in data analysis / assessment using SQL queries or similar tools.
Strong written, oral, electronic, and in-person communication skills.
1–3 years of experience leading a team focused on data quality or similar initiatives.
Familiarity with immunization records, IIS, EHRs, or health data exchange (ASCII, HL7) is a plus.
