This role supervises production employees at the Ambulatory Care Division of HCSC-Laundry located in Allentown, PA. Responsibilities include employee orientation and training, employee relations / communications, safety, and monitoring workflow, and daily scheduling of employees within specific departments to match and maintain workflow. What you will be doing :

Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met

Enters employee payroll information and production scores via computer

Communicates production issues to management

Supervises, orients & trains employees

Must be able to work between the hours of 5 : 00am-4 : 00pm. Occasional weekends.

What you will bring to the role :

High School diploma or equivalent is required. College degree preferred

Bi-lingual preferred

Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills

Problem solving skills

Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
