Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist Assistant , you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients, residents, and clients. Under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will :

• Assist with therapy activities and exercises outlined in treatment plans.
• Monitor and record therapy services for individuals with physical, cognitive, and developmental impairments.
• Select and implement therapeutic activities tailored to each patient's goals.
• Document patient responses and communicate effectively with the physical therapist.
• Stay informed about targeted therapy outcomes and contribute to achieving them.
• Adhere to clinical practice guidelines and perform related duties as needed.

Your focus may vary based on facility needs, including post-acute, long-term care, and home health care environments.
