Project Manager – Land Development – Phoenix or Mesa, AZ

A respected engineering consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex land development projects across Arizona. This is a client-facing leadership role with significant growth potential.

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage land development projects from design through construction
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Direct project teams, oversee schedules, and ensure profitability
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to overall firm growth

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, P.E. strongly preferred
  • 7–10+ years of land development experience
  • Demonstrated success managing clients and projects
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

    • Compensation : $130K–$160K DOE + full benefits
