Overview
This role serves as the lead strategic partner to HR, Sustainability and Financial Inclusion colleagues. You will lead a team of two to develop creative strategies and content that engage and inspire TransUnion associates and position the company as an employer of choice. You will oversee narratives and campaigns supporting career development, total rewards, culture, DEIB, social impact and sustainability. You will guide the team to create leadership communications, intranet articles, presentations, videos, digital content, and other associate-facing materials, with external content as needed to position TransUnion as an employer of choice. You will track key performance metrics, solicit feedback, and adjust plans as needed. Some corporate affairs & communications projects may also be required.
