EHR experience, E-Clinical preferred. Skill in dealing with interpersonal issues and customer relations. Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information (HIPPA compliance).
Our client is a concierge medicine group of providers, offering personalized and dedicated service to patients throughout Sandy Springs and the Atlanta area! They are seeking to add a Medical Biller to their team.
Pay up to $23 / hr
Temp to Perm

Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm with a one-hour lunch each day.
Medical Biller Responsibilities :
- Assist with payment posing, charge entry, claims follow up with insurance companies, credentialing, soft accounts receivables collections with the patients.
- Use Excel to create reports.
- Greet and communicate with patients, vendors, and providers.
- Checking in patients and properly documenting registration.
- Insurance verification and verification of patient demographics.
- Collecting co-pays from patients and obtaining authorization on credit cards.
- Filing and retrieving electronic medical records / files.
- Entering charges, and payments, and balancing the day in the computer.
- Assisting as a back up for billing.
- Cross trained to cover the Front Desk, Medical Records and some Membership duties like answering the phone to answer basic questions.
