About the Role

Viant Medical is seeking a experienced CNC Machine Operators / CNC Machinists to join our team on 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM) . In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to produce precision parts that meet exacting medical device standards.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines for high-precision production
• Inspect parts using blueprints, gauges, and inspection tools
• Troubleshoot and correct machining issues to maintain dimensional integrity
• Deburr, buff, and finish parts per specifications
• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned machines

What We’re Looking For

✅ High school diploma or equivalent

✅ 2+ years CNC machining experience (required)

✅ Ability to read & interpret blueprints, work with tight tolerances

✅ Strong communication skills & knowledge of lean manufacturing practices
