Seeking transformational Supply Chain leader, responsible for the oversight of supply chain team supporting internal fabrication across multiple manufacturing locations. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Supply Chain.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Responsible for strategy development and execution of capabilities aligned to the long-term vision of the company
• Leads the supply chain team supporting internal fabrication and manufacturing needs across multiple manufacturing sites
• Strategically develops team to meet both current and future talent needs of the supply chain team

In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
