Radiology - Breast Physician

Job Details : Start Date : ASAP

Duration : Ongoing (locum tenens coverage)

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM, on-site only

Coverage Type : Scheduled clinical hours only, no call

Practice Setting : Outpatient Breast Center

Practice Scope :

High-volume breast imaging (40 patients per shift)

Breast biopsies and breast imaging required

Fellowship training in Breast Imaging required

Must be Board Certified in Radiology

EMR : Epic

Facility Details :

Trauma Level II facility

Patient population : adult only (no pediatrics)

Support staff : 1 RN, 15 office staff

No resident or APP supervision required

Requirements :

Active Louisiana medical license or IMLC Qualification- IPL will help with Licensure!

Board Certification (Radiology Breast specialty)

Breast Imaging Fellowship (required)

Certifications : ACLS, BLS

Estimated credentialing : 120 days

Travel : Nearest airport LFT (Lafayette Regional Airport)

Lodging : Ochsner preferred hotel list and corporate codes available
