Student, Alumni, and Community Outreach Coordinator

The Student, Alumni, and Community Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing Stanbridge University’s mission through meaningful engagement with students, alumni, and community partners. This position leads and supports Stanbridge outREACH initiatives, fostering a culture of service, connection, and civic engagement. The Coordinator plans and executes community service projects, alumni engagement events, and volunteer opportunities that strengthen relationships within the Stanbridge community and with external organizations.

Essential Job Functions :

• Coordinate and manage all Stanbridge outREACH volunteer and service-learning programs, including event planning, logistics, marketing, and participant communication.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local nonprofit organizations and community partners to identify new service and partnership opportunities.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase student and alumni participation in community engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Student Services, Career Services, and Marketing, to align outreach efforts with institutional goals.
• Support alumni engagement efforts through communications, events, and networking opportunities that promote lifelong connection with Stanbridge University.
• Track and report participation metrics, impact data, and success stories for internal reports and marketing materials.
• Coordinate recognition initiatives that highlight student and alumni contributions to community service.
• Manage digital content related to Stanbridge outREACH activities, including newsletters, web pages, and social media updates.
• Assist with other Student Services programs and events as needed to promote student success, engagement, and retention.
