JOB DESCRIPTION :

Position : Nurse Practitioner Hospice RN

Shift Information : Days : 8 : 30am-5pm (Schedule can be flexible based on patient's availability.) Weekends : Dependent On Business Needs

Minimum Years of Experience : 1 year

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours

Certification : BLS, ACLS

EMR : MedHost
