Hourly : $58 / hr to $60 / hr
Job Summary :
A healthcare facility is partnering with LHH to hire a temporary Employee Relations Manager for 3 to 6 months with a possibility of extension. The hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM. The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, and at least 3 years of prior employee relations experience with thorough investigations. Prior healthcare industry experience is preferred.
