Conduct estimates for prospective clients; establish solid customer relationships and maximize close rates. Manage customer work orders, invoicing, and payment processing. Organize office operations and procedures. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Proactively engage existing customer base through all channels of communication. Ability to manage a team of cleaning professionals. A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Office management, administrative, or assistant experience preferred. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Problem-solving and planning skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and / or Google Suite.
