About the Role :

IntePros is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for a growing medical device manufacturing team in Williamsport, PA. This is a direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will perform mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical maintenance on production equipment to ensure safe operations while maintaining production goals and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance on production machinery.
  • Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
  • Follow engineering guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Complete production records and requisitions for materials and supplies.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and participate in validation activities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices and a clean work environment.

Training & Shift Information :

  • Training for this position will be MondayFriday, 7 : 30 AM 4 : 00 PM.
  • Beginning Q4 2025 / Q1 2026, the position will transition to a 12-hour night shift (3 days one week, 4 days the following week).
  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required; vocational / trade school training or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance, including drill presses, band saws, hand tools, and grinding / abrasive tools.
  • Ability to read mechanical diagrams and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift / move up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs constantly.
  • Ability to perform heavy physical work safely while adhering to safety protocols.
