As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects
are delivered on ????me and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything
involving a project’s organiza????on and ????meline. Your responsibili????es include developing detailed project
plans, source vendors for all projects, ensuring resource availability and alloca????on and delivering every
project on ????me within budget and scope.
As our Rooms Manager, your job will be primarily to manage the housekeeping & maintenance
department to ensure the cleanliness of a hotel, from public areas (including pools, hallways, lobby and
mee????ng rooms) to individual guest rooms and bathrooms to back of house areas, including offices and
corridors such that the hotel is presentable and ready to welcome new guests. Other core func????ons of the
job include recruitment, training and development, budge????ng, stock control, room inspec????ons, manage
linen, and liaising with suppliers. Responsible for making sure the maintenance staff is following our
preventa????ve maintenance program. This person has the authority to hire or terminate employees in the
housekeeping and maintenance department. Another key responsibility of the rooms manager is to e in
charge of lost & found, repor????ng it to the hotel and returning it to the owner.
