The Process Coordinator supports and enables all onsite process operations, aligned with the Process Generalist, using inputs from internal and external resources to ensure the site personnel have a clear understanding of the production goals, materials, standards, and objectives required to meet the needs of upstream and downstream customers.

Your tasks and responsibilities :

• Supports all site or Field Operations team members to enable the production of the highest quality product in accordance with all forecasted demand needs, provided by external support groups.
• Embrace and demonstrate a safety-first culture at all times.
• Support the safe and timely delivery of quality supply based on production schedules while maintaining an efficient operation.
• Perform duties in a manner that support overall site Key Metrics to including Safety, Quality, TIP (total individual volume performance), TOP (total overall volume performance), and cost efficiency.
• The Process Generalist is a member of the End 2 End, mission team, and should maintain a strong relationship with the team and other site and site support personnel to support operations at the site and resolve production challenges.
• The successful candidate will need to be able to adapt quickly to changes in the business, courageously face new challenges and opportunities, ensure the highest level of compliance and safety around them to the quality and safety standards achieved in all activities.
• Provide timely technical support where needed to ensure the best customer experience possible.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $68,993.60 - $103,490.40. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data / ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
