A company is looking for a Digital Accessibility Program Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide accessibility initiatives for internal technologies and content
Partner with leadership to establish processes and deliver training on digital accessibility best practices
Conduct accessibility audits and provide technical solutions to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.x guidelines
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital accessibility, particularly with internal systems
Proven expertise in managing third-party vendor accessibility evaluations
Strong technical knowledge of WCAG 2.x standards and assistive technologies
Experience with Agile methodologies and product delivery lifecycle
Ability to influence and educate diverse internal audiences
