Looking for the perfect balance in your next accounting opportunity? LaSalle Network is partnering with a client in Deerfield, IL to find an experienced Sr. AR Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-volume B2B environment, managing cash applications and analyzing deductions with accuracy and efficiency.

Sr. AR Analyst Responsibilities :

  • High-Volume Cash Application & Payment Posting : Accurately process large volumes of payments, match remittances, and ensure timely and precise posting within the system.
  • Deductions Analysis & Discrepancy Resolution : Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, including short pays, unapplied payments, and deductions, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions.
  • Reporting & Cash Flow Management : Generate and maintain cash application reports, track outstanding payments, and help optimize cash flow accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement : Work closely with Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections teams to address complex payment issues, identify process improvements, and enhance overall efficiency.

Sr. AR Analyst Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in cash applications, deductions analysis, or accounts receivable in a high-volume, B2B setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex payment discrepancies.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
