Wearwell has an opportunity on 2nd shift for a Laminating Tender

Monday through Friday 2 : 00 p.m. to 10 : 30 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Load precut sheets of rolled vinyl or rubber onto a conveyor according to production specifications (feeder).
  • May stack, roll, box, or label mats as finished product comes off the conveyor.
  • Safely perform assigned tasks on a moving assembly line within a time-restricted breakdown designated for that task.
  • Able to work overtime as necessary.
  • React positively to change.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three (3) months manufacturing experience and / or equivalent education, training, or experience in job-related activities.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Able to regularly lift and / or move up to 55 lbs.
  • Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to cross-train in other functional areas.
  • This position requires a focus on quality.
  • Reliable attendance is a must.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
