This position Is responsible for providing assistance to the Closing area as needed, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in preparing, reviewing, and verifying loan closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between borrowers, lenders, title companies, and attorneys to ensure a smooth closing process.
• Ensures that all closing conditions including financial, insurance requirements and legal conditions are met prior to closing.
• Ensure all required disclosures and documentation are included in the loan package.
• Assists in preparing the necessary documentation for loan funding and disbursement.
• Conducts post-closing reviews to ensure that all documents have been properly executed and filed.
• Responsible for uploading documents to internal imaging softwares.
