CNC Machine Operator – 2nd Shift | Gainesville, FL

21 / hr | 6-Month Contract | Monday – Friday

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in the production of components that meet the highest industry standards.

What You’ll Do :

As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll work hands-on with precision equipment to support daily production goals. Key responsibilities include :

Operating CNC machines with minimal assistance.

Following written work instructions (WIs) and adhering to production specifications.

Adjusting offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality.

Inspecting your own work with minimal oversight.

Meeting daily production and quality standards.

Accurately documenting results and reporting deviations to the team leader.

Following GMP procedures, departmental SOPs, and all safety policies.

Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.

What You’ll Bring : Required :

High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Strong math skills.

Proficiency with basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

Prior manufacturing experience.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.

Pay Details : 21.00 per hour
