Responsibilities Work as a Home Health RN serving a range of patients from birth to over 100 years old in their homes Covers multiple communities in the South Region, including Allston, Belmont, Brighton, Brookline, Chestnut Hill, Newton Corner, Newtonville, Watertown, and West Newton Primarily day shifts, 08 : 00-16 : 30 Weekend rotation is required once every 6 weeks Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and be on call as needed EPIC is used for electronic documentation Provide clinical and case management services to home health patients with comprehensive assessment, care planning, and patient / family education Electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communication are required for compliance with policy and standards Primary COVID-19 series or up-to-date vaccination required without exception Parking is not validated in Boston; public transportation or paid parking may be needed RTO must be discussed prior to assignment First-time travelers are accepted Locals living within 60 miles are eligible but offered at a reduced rate Work attire requirements to be confirmed upon assignment Requirements Active, unrestricted MA RN license required at the time of consideration; MA conditional licenses not accepted Minimum 1 year of certified home care experience Minimum 1 year of case management experience Current AHA BLS certification Proof of licensure (NURSYS and BON verification) required before start Reliable transportation needed for home visits Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations are required with no exemptions allowed Two professional references required Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-570160.
