Summary

We’re hiring a Nursing Manager to lead clinical operations for a growing home health agency in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing nursing staff, overseeing patient care, and ensuring compliance across all clinical services. The ideal candidate brings strong management experience, a collaborative mindset, and a deep understanding of home health care delivery.

Salary

Competitive base salary with performance incentives; includes full benefits.

Starting at $90K-$135K, negotiable.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of home health nurses, ensuring patient care is delivered with excellence and in full regulatory compliance.

Develop care plans, oversee treatment implementation, and act as a clinical resource for nursing staff.

Coordinate closely with physicians, pharmacists, and administrative staff to align on patient needs and optimize care outcomes.

Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff; manage performance evaluations and ensure proper staffing coverage.

Maintain detailed patient records, support accreditation and quality improvement efforts, and contribute to policy development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN or related healthcare administration degree preferred.

Active RN license in the state of Florida.

Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role.

Experience in home health care strongly preferred.

Proficient in EMR systems and familiar with HIPAA, Medicare, and state regulations.
