The Role

We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a talented PR Account Manager to join our Miami team, working across a portfolio of luxury clients. This fast-paced role involves managing client accounts, building strong client relationships, securing standout media coverage, and overseeing the delivery of day-to-day PR activities. You will also be responsible for guiding and supporting junior team members to ensure the smooth running of accounts.

The Skills Required

  • Strong network of national and regional media contacts; ability to pitch and secure quality coverage
  • Confident in managing client communications, expectations, and strategic planning
  • Able to oversee day-to-day running of accounts, manage timelines, and deliver results against client KPIs
  • Experience guiding and supporting junior team members; ability to delegate effectively and mentor others
  • Excellent writing skills for press releases, pitches, reports, and social media content
  • Extensive knowledge of the travel sector
  • Experience working in a fast-paced communications agency in a PR role

Responsibilities

Public & Influencer Relations

  • Build and maintain press and influencer relationships
  • Write and edit press releases, pitches, and proposals
  • Lead campaigns and deliver media coverage to meet KPIs
  • Monitor trends, features, and awards opportunities
  • Manage and update media and influencer databases
  • Client Management

  • Lead meetings and deliver regular reporting
  • Manage campaign budgets and results delivery
  • Solve client issues and maintain strong relationships
  • Oversee junior team performance and delegate tasks
  • Lead internal meetings and ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate on strategy and planning
  • New Business

  • Contribute to pitches and proposals
  • Support creative development and research for new opportunities
