Job Summary / Basic Function
The Department of Computer Science at Middle Tennessee State University invites passionate educators and researchers to apply for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the rank of assistant or associate professor. As a Carnegie R2 institution, we seek a dynamic individual to inspire students through excellent teaching and build a vigorous, externally funded research program that actively engages undergraduate and graduate students.
Required Education
A terminal degree in computer science or a closely related field is required by the appointment date.
Other Desirables
Applicants with expertise in quantum computing, cybersecurity, or game design will receive special consideration.
