A1 Placement is seeking a compassionate and experienced part-time or full-time Pediatrician to join a team of dedicated FQHC healthcare professionals. As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents.
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Conduct physical exams, evaluate patients medical histories, and make recommendations for treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, including infections, injuries, and developmental disorders.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, X-rays, and other imaging studies.
- Counsel patients and their families on issues related to growth and development, nutrition, and health promotion.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, and psychologists, to provide coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
Education & License Requirements :
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.Current and valid medical license in California.Board certification in Pediatrics.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Pediatrician.Requirements :
Ability to commute / rotate between facilities including mobile units.Able to see a minimum of 20-22 patients.Work Saturdays as needed.Able to use EMR systems.Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
