Your leadership is vital in delivering exceptional care while creating a supportive and positive environment for our residents.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

  • Oversee and manage a team of nursing and support staff within the unit\n
  • Design and implement personalized care plans for residents\n
  • Supervise daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource management\n
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure quality standards and compliance are met\n
  • Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to nursing personnel\n

  • Valid state RN nursing license\n
  • Advanced degree or certification is a plus\n
  • Preferred experience in a supervisory role within a Long-Term Care setting\n
  • Compassionate approach to patient care, especially for the elderly and chronically ill\n
  • Strong clinical and organizational skills, coupled with effective decision-making\n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n
