Surveillance Operation Manager
Responsible for providing and maintaining a covert and proactive Surveillance operation which protects and enhances the overall operations of the company. Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
Thorough knowledge of all applicable casino operations. Minimum of six months previous Surveillance or gaming experience. Be at least twenty-one years of age, with high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a high degree of working knowledge of casino operations. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift and willing to work unscheduled shifts on short notice. Must have basic computer operational skills and be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. This skilled position requires a high degree of personal integrity.

Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry. Must be able to stoop, bend and reach. Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. When on casino floor, must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust. Must be able to reach 6 feet into the air. Must be able to hold 15 lbs. with outstretched arms.
