About this Role

Senior IT Project Manager – ERP & Multi-Project Location : Overland Park, KS Work Model : [ONSITE] Employment Type : Full-time

We are seeking a Senior Information Technology Project Manager to lead multiple complex ERP and related technology projects in parallel—from discovery through go-live and stabilization. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement across Finance, Operations, HR, and Project / Field teams. The ideal candidate excels at coordinating multiple initiatives, managing vendors and system integrators, and driving measurable business and operational outcomes.

Travel : Approximately 25% for meetings, workshops, UAT, and go-live support.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

8–10+ years of technology project / program management with multiple concurrent projects and interdependencies.

3+ full-cycle ERP implementations (cloud / SaaS / On-Prem) across at least two domains : Finance (R2R, P2P, O2C), Project Accounting / Time & Expense, Supply Chain, or HCM.

Strong resource, budget, and financial management skills.

Hands-on experience with integration and data migration.

Experience with hybrid delivery methods (stage-gate governance + Agile / iterative execution); PI / sprint planning experience.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting.

Bachelor's degree in IS / CS / Engineering / Business or equivalent experience.

Preferred

ERP platforms : SAP, Oracle, Workday, Deltek Vantagepoint.

Certifications : PMP / PgMP, PMI-ACP / CSM, Prosci / OCM.

Reporting / analytics experience.

Experience in engineering, construction, or professional services; multi-company / multi-currency environments.

Tools & Environment

Planning / Governance : Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence

Agile Tracking : Jira, Azure DevOps

Intake / Support : ServiceNow / JSM

Collaboration & Reporting : Microsoft 365 / Teams
